Return Policy:
We are a small company owned and operated by Saltwater Aquarium Hobbyist. We are more interested in making our customers happy than we are setting strict policies.
So, our return policy is simple - If you purchase an item from us and it is unused, you may return it for a full refund less any shipping and handling. If it is used, we can't issue a refund.
Defective Items - Manufacturer's set their own policies when it comes to handling items that may be defective. As a seller of these items, we are bound by the manufacturer's policies on how to handle their items. Some items can be replaced, some have to be sent in for repair, etc. That being said, we will do our best to handle any defective items in a manner to cause our customers the least inconvenience, while following the manufacturer's policies. It is the manufacturer's responsibility to handle their items, but we consider it our responsibility to take care of our customers.
